The Granary has 6 bedrooms, 5 with king size beds in and 1 bunk room for the kids (or small adults!). There are also two pull out single beds in one of the double rooms to make a family room. The Granary was built in 1773 and is a Grade II listed building, so the bedrooms are cosy and on the top floor you do need to take care as the beams are at head height for those slightly taller people.
There are four bathrooms, three with showers and one with a bath and shower. The dining room on the ground floor has a beautiful oak extending refectory table which can seat up to 16 people. The lavish furnishings and gentle candlelit ambiance provide the perfect setting for your dinner parties during your stay.
Our kitchen has a large range cooker and a large American style fridge freezer, both suitable for a house full of friends. The name of the original carpenter of the building is engraved on the oak beams. The Kitchen opens up onto the large terrace overlooking the millpond and mill wheel. It is a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or an evening BBQ if the weather is conducive.
